For the last four years Carlos Silva Filho has been the voice and face of the International Solid Waste Association (ISWA). Ever since his election to become ISWA president in October 2020 he was adamant to bring the associations message to the people. As he passes on the torch, he talks to WMW about ISWA, the development of waste management and what the future holds.
